Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on both customer and company-owned machinery.
- Technical Support: Provide operational guidance and training to customers and internal staff on proper equipment usage.
- Sales Collaboration: Assist the sales team by creating accurate repair estimates for parts and labor.
- Equipment Management: Maintain the rental fleet and company vehicles to ensure professional presentation and functional integrity.
- Technical Expertise: proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and reassembling complex machinery.
- Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform drilling, tapping, grinding, wiring, and welding.
- Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for direct customer interaction and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on concrete grinding and floor preparation equipment, for both customer-owned and company-owned equipment.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand service requirements, provide technical advice, and report on repair status.
- Provide training and operational guidance to customers and internal personnel regarding the correct usage of concrete grinding and floor preparation equipment..
- Support the sales department by generating accurate repair cost estimates, including itemized parts and labor, and offering specialized technical assistance.
- Collaborate with customer service personnel in the preparation and dissemination of repair estimates.
- Maintain rental equipment to ensure professional presentation, organization, and full operational readiness.
