The Role Our growing electronics manufacturing team in Nashua is looking for a Process Specialist to bridge the gap between design and production. If you have a passion for optimizing workflows, fine-tuning machinery, and ensuring every circuit board that leaves the floor is flawless, we want to hear from you, please see the responsibilities below.

Responsibilities
* Develop and create documentation of assembly methods and techniques for Electronic Assemblies
* Program new assemblies using Aegis CircuitCam Software to create Color Coded Drawings and programs for a Mydata pick and place machine and other Pick and Place Equipment using Aegis Alcad software as well as other software programs using customer supplied electronic files. Familiarity with programming Quad Pick and Place Machines is also helpful.
* AOI Programming
* Review customer documentation and generate an internal process labor router specific to the operations needed to be used during assembly.
* Release new and repeat order documentation including document packages to the production floor for assembly.
* Maintain Document Control for Electronic Data including Gerber Files, Customer Documentation, Cam Data, Revision levels, ECO's, active and archived engineering documents, etc.
*Assist Sales on Labor Quotes in an efficient time frame.
* Review PCB manufacturing processes with efforts towards continuous improvement to decrease potential defects and improve efficiency.
SMT Placement equipment knowledge is required, Mydata experience is preferred.
AOI programming is required. Familiarity with bench top Systems such as N-Spec and Mirtec is preferred
