Are you looking for a steady Monday–Friday schedule with great pay? We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team!
- Pay: $25.00/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Experience: 2–3 years in manufacturing
- Operate production equipment and perform quality checks.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Keep accurate logs and prioritize safety
- Computer experience is key!!!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of
- production machinery.
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate production equipment according to
- specifications and safety guidelines.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision tools
- to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance and perform basic mechanical
- adjustments or troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and activity
- reports using basic computer software.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment to
- ensure longevity and safety.
- Safety: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols, including the use
- of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy required for data entry, production tracking,and digital communication.
- Screening: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test prior to employment.
