We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Pembroke NH/Concord, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery.
This is for a candidate who thrives in an independent environment. You will essentially manage your own space in a clean and fast-paced setting.
- Pay: $25.00/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM While the standard shift is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, we offer a flexible window between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We are happy to accommodate schedules such as 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Experience: 2–3 years in manufacturing
- Operate production equipment and perform quality checks.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Keep accurate logs and prioritize safety
- Computer experience is key!!!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate plotter machinery to cut cardboard according to specific customer diagrams.
- Assembly & Fabrication: Use glue and precision folding techniques to build orders based on blueprints.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision tools to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
- Logistics & Shipping: Package completed products and manage outgoing shipments using FedEx.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor machine performance, perform basic mechanical adjustments, and conduct routine cleaning to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and activity reports using basic computer software.
- Safety: Casual dress code, but steel-toed boots are required when on the main production floor).
- Technical Skills: strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical manuals.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy for data entry and production tracking.
- Screening: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test prior to employment.
