Are you a Test Technician and can you work independently with little supervisor on a daily basis?  As a Test Technician, you will work as part of the Assembly / Repairs Department. You will perform repetitive duties to test and troubleshoot seals, and compile and record test results. Will provide support to the assembly and repairs areas as required. This position requires safety shoes and shielded safety glasses and reports to the Assembly Supervisor. Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite, including Advanced Excel, Word and File Management  2 years + experience as a Test Technician  Understanding of Motion Control (will work with more larger pieces) Must have experience with mechanical assembly as well as test technician duties Will be part of the group testing for vacuum leak detection. If you have experience in Automotive as it relates to small motor functions or rebuilding carburetors, this could be a good fit.  Location - Bedford, NH Position Duration - Temp To Hire  Pay Rate - $25/hr to $31/hr  Background check is required  Benefits: Health benefits go into effect day one once you become permanent. Responsibilities

Will work with written/oral procedures, routings, blueprints, and build schedules to test precision assemblies

Maintain testing equipment and systems to ensure reliability and accuracy

Analyze test data, document results, and provide actionable insights for corrective actions or process enhancements

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve testing methods and overall product quality.

Work with minimal supervision; will communicate technical issues with supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers, and interface with QC, Planners, and Machine Shop personnel to resolve concerns

Utilize a variety of test equipment including leak detectors and test benches for high-speed rotation, vacuum/pressure, and torque testing

Initiate improvements to tooling, test fixtures, testing processes, and data collection by communicating recommendations to supervisors and Manufacturing Engineering
