Responsibilities
<Key Responsibilities>
1. Test the chemical properties of finished goods by using measurement device.
2. Test the viscosity of semi-finished goods and decide if the batch can go to the next process.
3. Inspect receiving raw materials.
4. Record & maintain the inspection data in the template.
<Job Summary>
The Quality Technician will support the Quality Department by performing essential tasks related to analysis properties of Raw material, semi-finished goods and finished goods by operating laboratory equipment. This role involves frequent interaction with production teams ensure product quality and adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.
Develop Quality Management System to include reports, specifications, testing methods, SOP, quality alerts, nonconforming material reports, and 8Ds (corrective actions)
Assisted in the implementation and certification of ISO 9001:2015 in 2018 (document control, calibration, internal and external audits, etc.)
<Qualifications>
1. High school diploma or the equivalent
2. Over 2 year - work experiences in quality area.
3. Possible to use measurement gauge.
4. Possible to summary inspection data.
5. Sincere attitude
6. Work experiences in automotive company in plus
