Key Responsibilities
- AOG Operations: Lead time-critical responses, including after-hours and holidays, to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Inventory Control: Oversee daily operations for serviceable, unserviceable, and quarantine materials.
- Traceability: Enforce physical and system segregation of all part statuses and maintain full records including PN, SN, batch, and certs.
- Core Management: Coordinate timely shipment of core returns and track credits to avoid financial penalties.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA, EASA Part 145/M, AS9110/AS9120, and IATA Dangerous Goods standards.
- Leadership: Lead, train, and develop staff on cert reviews (8130-3, EASA Form 1) and parts identification.
- Systems: Maintain accurate ERP/WMS records and manage KPIs like Dock-to-Stock SLA and inventory accuracy.
- Experience: 5+ years in aerospace stores, aviation logistics, or MRO warehouse operations.
- AOG Expertise: Direct experience managing AOG parts support and high-impact decision-making.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of aviation documentation, traceability, and shelf-life control.
- Preferred: IATA Dangerous Goods certification and experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or AMOS.

AOG & Logistics Operations
- Lead 24/7 time-critical AOG response (after-hours/weekends/holidays).
- Coordinate rapid pick, pack, and release of parts to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with Maintenance, Engineering, and Dispatch for real-time status updates.
- Manage priority couriers and high-urgency logistics.
- Oversee daily operations for Serviceable, Unserviceable, Quarantine, and Core inventory.
- Enforce strict physical/system segregation and full traceability (PN/SN/Batch).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and shelf-life tracking.
- Ensure specialized storage compliance (ESD, Temp/Humidity, FOD control).
- Manage core tracking and vendor compliance to avoid financial penalties.
- Ensure accurate documentation for returns; resolve credit discrepancies with Finance.
- Ensure adherence to FAA, EASA Part 145/M, AS9110/9120, and IATA DG regulations.
- Maintain audit readiness; enforce SOPs and work instructions.
- Verify cert integrity (8130-3, EASA Form 1, CoC).
- Lead and train staff on parts identification and AOG escalation.
- Manage WMS/ERP records and develop KPIs (Dock-to-Stock, Response Times).
- Promote safety, FOD prevention, and facility security.
