Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime
- Maintain production equipment, conveyors, HVAC, and facility systems
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Perform electrical work including motors, controls, and basic PLC troubleshooting
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders
- Follow all safety procedures and support a safe work environment
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors
- Basic PLC knowledge a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to work flexible schedules or on-call rotation if required
