Responsibilities
Act as the primary strategic liaison between distributors, global suppliers, internal departments, and executive leadership to ensure all receipt and delivery standards exceed quality benchmarks.
Master and oversee all daily transactions within Navision/Business Central, ensuring real-time data accuracy and systems synchronization for the entire logistics chain.
Align warehouse activities with production schedules for material requisitions.
Manage third-party vendor relationships to optimize pick-up and delivery windows.
Maintain rigorous control over stock levels through consistent monitoring.
Proactively notify management of discrepancies and collaborate on long-term capacity and infrastructure planning.
Lead the professional development of the warehouse team through cross-training and the implementation of advanced retraining programs to ensure operational continuity.
Enforce strict adherence to company SOPs and safety protocols.
Facilitate hands-on training and certification for heavy machinery, including Hi-Lo and Forklift operations.
