- Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably within a manufacturing, aerospace, or maritime environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of electrical theory, circuit analysis, and the ability to read complex wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on Proficiency: Expert-level soldering skills and experience using precision hand tools and electronic test equipment.
- Compliance: Familiarity with MIL-SPEC or IPC standards is a major advantage.
- Soft Skills: analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a specialized technical team.

Responsibilities
- System Assembly & Wiring: Install, wire, and assemble electrical components, control panels, and power systems based on complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Testing & Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators) to test system functionality and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve malfunctions in electrical circuits, including AC/DC systems, power supplies, and control logic.
- Quality Assurance: Perform detailed inspections of wiring and soldering to ensure they meet high-reliability standards (such as IPC-610).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test results, maintenance logs, and configuration changes.
