We are currently hiring for our 1st Shift (7 AM – 3:30 PM) with a unique opportunity for those who prefer evening work: we are launching a 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 11 PM) soon, and we need dedicated pros ready to lead that transition!

- Full-Scale Fabrication: Using band saws, grinders, and drill presses to shape metal, then using our own overhead cranes to move your masterpieces into place.
- Experience: 1–2+ years of welding experience (structural/manufacturing preferred).
- Training: A welding certificate or degree is a major plus.
- Safety First: You treat the shop with respect and prioritize the safety of yourself and your crew.
- Shift Flexibility: You can start on 1st shift but are excited to move to the Monday–Friday 2nd shift once it opens up.

Responsibilities
- Reading blueprints like a pro to understand what needs to be built.
- Using your welding skills (MIG is a must, TIG is a bonus) to create clean welds.
- Operating metalworking tools (think band saws, drill presses, grinders, etc.)
- Using cranes and hoists to move and place materials to work on them.
- Plus, we have to keep the shop area clean and organized.
