Responsibilities

• Logistics Management: Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, including freight scheduling, BOL preparation, and carrier negotiations.
  
  
• Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular audits to ensure production stays on schedule.
  
  
• Basic Accounting: Process accounts payable/receivable entries and assist with monthly billing reconciliations.
  
  
• Office Continuity: Manage essential office supplies and serve as the primary point of contact for facility vendors and utilities.
  
  
• Documentation: Ensure all international and domestic shipping compliance paperwork is filed accurately and promptly.
  
  
• Cross-Departmental Support: Act as the liaison between production and sales to provide real-time shipping updates to clients
