salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Schedule: Plan and assign loads to drivers based on equipment availability, proximity, and hours of service (HOS).
  
  
• Be the Lifeline: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting issues on the road.
  
  
• Monitor Progress: Track shipments in real-time using GPS and TMS software to ensure on-time delivery.
  
  
• Problem Solve: Proactively manage delays (weather, traffic, breakdowns) and communicate updates to customers.
  
  
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all logs and records meet FMCSA regulations and company standards.
