We are seeking a proficient Maintenance Technician II to join our team in a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment. This role is designed for a skilled professional capable of handling complex mechanical and electrical systems while serving as a mentor to entry-level staff.  Requirements and Qualifications ✅

• Experience & Skills:
  
  
  • Mechanical aptitude with proven experience in industrial maintenance.
    
    
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.
    
    
  • Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
    
    
• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Technical training in mechanics or industrial maintenance is a plus.
  
  
• Physical Requirements:
  
  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    
    
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
    
    
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining and repairing motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Electrical Troubleshooting: Perform basic electrical troubleshooting on plant equipment.
• Fabrication: Execute fabrication and welding tasks as required.
  
  
• Documentation: Accurately document all work performed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  
  
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor and guide to Maintenance Technician I staff.
  
  
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety policies, including proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
