Are you a technical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to serve as the backbone of their production facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex automated machinery stays running at peak performance, directly impacting the success of a growing local operation.

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM work orders on conveyors, packaging equipment, and utility machines to prevent unplanned downtime.
  
  
• Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems (including PLCs and VFDs).
  
  
• Facility Support: Maintain facility infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs as needed.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety protocols (GMP/SOP) to maintain a secure work environment.
  
  
• Documentation: Meticulously record all maintenance and repair activities within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
