Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paper supply planning strategies that align with core business objectives.
- Maintain complex capacity models to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead regular capacity reviews and scenario planning to proactively address potential production constraints.
- Convert demand forecasts into clear, actionable supply plans that ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to reduce carrying costs while maintaining high service reliability.
- Identify and manage risks associated with supply chain disruptions and market volatility.
- Drive continuous improvement projects by utilizing advanced analytics and specialized planning tools.
- Manage and mentor a team of production planners to ensure operational excellence and accountability.
