Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paper supply planning strategies that align with core business objectives.
  
  
• Maintain complex capacity models to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  
  
• Lead regular capacity reviews and scenario planning to proactively address potential production constraints.
  
  
• Convert demand forecasts into clear, actionable supply plans that ensure customer needs are met.
  
  
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to reduce carrying costs while maintaining high service reliability.
  
  
• Identify and manage risks associated with supply chain disruptions and market volatility.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement projects by utilizing advanced analytics and specialized planning tools.
  
  
• Manage and mentor a team of production planners to ensure operational excellence and accountability.
