You are the pilot of our production line. You’ll be responsible for the heartbeat of our facility—ensuring every part that leaves your station is flawless. ✨ Your Daily Mission: The Setup: Load materials and configure tooling to get the gears turning. ⚙️ The Operation: Run and monitor production machinery, keeping a sharp eye on performance. ️ The Fine-Tuning: Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to perform high-stakes quality checks. The Maintenance: Keep your machine in peak condition with regular adjustments and routine care. The Paperwork: Document your wins and keep production records crystal clear. ✅ The Safety: Look out for yourself and your crew by following top-tier safety protocols. ️ What You Bring to the Table Mechanical Intuition: You understand how things work and how to fix them when they don't. ️ The "Measure Twice" Mentality: Experience with precision measuring tools (especially calipers) is a must.
