Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and freight providers
- Schedule pickups and deliveries to support production and customer deadlines
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, labels, invoices)
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays
- Monitor inventory movement and assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Communicate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability
- Maintain accurate logistics and shipment records in ERP or inventory systems
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and shipping regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and cost control
salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
