Responsibilities
Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Must have proven experience operating a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve heavy pallets or IT equipment safely within the facility.
- Logistics & Receiving: Receive, inspect, and store incoming IT equipment and materials. Verify the accuracy of all incoming shipments by comparing invoices to orders and ensuring goods are in acceptable condition.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately process and fulfill outgoing orders. Package, label, and weigh items to be shipped, ensuring proper shipment methods, accurate postal charges, and secure packaging for safe arrival.
- Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory records and ensure proper organization. Keep management and supervisors informed of product shortages to maintain accurate data.
- Stock Organization: Organize stock and merchandise by properly boxing and storing goods in designated locations. Pull stock from locations as needed to support production.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments. Ensure all invoices are handled promptly and that goods are stored according to established standards.
- Collaboration & Service: Work effectively with other warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations. Provide professional service when interacting with external parties and clients to ensure a positive experience.
