Because our facility handles high volumes of perishable and non-perishable goods, we are looking for seasoned professionals. This role requires prior experience navigating a warehouse floor and a mastery of the RF scanner to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail will be your greatest asset here—whether you're checking date codes, verifying SKU numbers, or building stable, damage-free loads, you are the final line of defense in our quality control process.

Responsibilities
- Securing Loads: Ensuring pallets are stable and shrink-wrapped if necessary to prevent "toppling" during turns.
- Weight Capacity: Strictly adhering to the machine’s lifting limits to avoid tipping or motor burnout.
- Spatial Awareness: Navigating tight warehouse aisles and blind corners without damaging racking, products, or—most importantly—pedestrians.
- Reading Manifests: Using an RF scanner or paper pick-sheet to locate specific SKUs.
- Pallet Building: Strategically placing heavy items at the bottom and lighter items on top (the "Tetris" of logistics) to ensure the load doesn't collapse.
