Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll be instrumental in our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, setting up and operating advanced equipment, performing critical in-process inspections, and ensuring every product meets our rigorous high-quality standards

- Setup and operate advanced equipment, including performing first-echelon maintenance to keep production running smoothly
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure every product meets our high-quality standards
- Be a key communicator by flagging and resolving any issues that could impact production schedules or quality goals
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team while also taking ownership of independent tasks
- Embrace and implement GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Follow all company policies and procedures to contribute to a safe, efficient workplace
