Key Responsibilities:
- Inspections: Perform receiving, in-process, and final QA audits of products.
- Technical Execution: Use hand tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gages to measure parts against blueprints and sketches.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed inspection files and perform necessary transactions in internal systems.
- Collaboration: Interface effectively with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping/Receiving departments.
- Experience: 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or QA inspection and testing.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic mathematics, and the ability to interpret complex blueprints.
- Compliance: Position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person eligible to obtain required Export Authorization.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, visually examine small parts, and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Availability for overtime and Saturdays as required.
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD annually.

Responsibilities
Perform receiving inspection
• Perform appropriate transactions in internal systems
• Perform in process inspections as required
• Perform Final QA Audit of Product as needed
• Knowledge of the use hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gages
• Maintain Receiving inspection files
• Pull prints from files or electronic database
• Interpret prints for measuring parts
• Interface with Purchasing, Engineering and Shipping/Receiving departments
• Most be flexible in schedule and available for Saturdays and OT as needed
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
• Interface with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering and Shipping/Receiving
departments
