Position: Maintenance Tech II/III

Compensation: Up to $93,000/year + Full Benefits Package Are you a technical pro looking for a high-impact role? We are hiring for 1st Shift Maintenance Technicians to keep our manufacturing facilities running at peak performance. This is a hands-on role focusing on the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of complex production machinery.
Core Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform routine PMs on production machines and facility utilities.
- Manage physical structures (plumbing, HVAC, and patching).
- Install and set up new machinery to ensure safe, efficient operation.
- 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with electrical multimeters and reading technical schematics.
- mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset (LOTO/PPE).
- Technical degree or PLC troubleshooting experience is a major plus!

Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machines, utilities, and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems of machinery and facilities.
- Maintain physical structures, including painting, patching, and plumbing/HVAC.
- Install and set up new production machinery.
- Perform electrical work, such as connecting wires and replacing components.
- Respond to unscheduled repairs during production hours.
- Document maintenance activities and parts usage.
- Follow safety guidelines, including PPE and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Collaborate with contractors and manage spare parts inventory.
