What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, scrap recycling, or heavy industrial environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred.
• Shift Commitment: Ability to work a consistent 12-hour night shift.
• Communication: Communication skills; English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
