What You’ll Be Doing As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders for brand-new clothing items. Your primary focus will be:
- Accurate Picking: Using order sheets to locate specific clothing items within the warehouse.
- Quality Packing: Ensuring items are folded, tagged, and packed neatly to maintain high quality.
- Inventory Control: Maintaining a clean workspace and reporting any discrepancies. Other warehouse dutes such as general labor, unpacking boxes, unloading trucks
- Experience: Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: You’ll need a sharp eye to ensure every order is correct and looks great.
- Reliability: You must have reliable transportation and a track record of being on time every day.
- Professionalism: Ability to work well within a team, maintain a great work ethic, and stay focused (we have a strict no-cell-phone policy during work hours).
