- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining (Setup and Operation).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading complex blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various materials (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) and machining techniques.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or CNC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to perform precision machining operations.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces.
- Quality Control: Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure parts meet strict specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance and make necessary offset adjustments or tool changes to maintain production standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
