Direct Hire Opportunity in Port Jervis, NJ! Are you a seasoned facilities professional ready to take complete ownership of a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to manage and supervise all aspects of our building and grounds maintenance. This role is crucial to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient operation. You will be the central control point for facility upkeep, leading programs, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all shifts. Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (either 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM). Flexibility is essential as we operate across three shifts.

Responsibilities

• System & Program Management: Oversee the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), HVAC, and electrical systems. Manage preventative maintenance, express request, and asset list programs.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with local, County, State, and Federal regulations, including GMP inspections, proper waste disposal, and industrial hygiene troubleshooting. Lead safety recommendation follow-ups across all departments.
• Budget & Procurement: Responsible for budgetary management of facilities capital projects and expenses. Approve all building-related purchase orders and manage utility bill audits.
• Operations Oversight: Control all aspects of facility upkeep, including scheduling waste removal, managing building cleaning, and overseeing the pest control program.
• Grounds & Logistics: Coordinate all inter-departmental moves and manage grounds maintenance, including parking lots, outside beautification, and snow removal.
• Sustainability: Research and institute energy management techniques and practices, and assist in monitoring recycling and waste management programs.
