Responsibilities
- Perform in-process inspections, line clearances, and environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with batch records, SOPs, and GMP requirements.
- Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods using established specifications and test methods.
- Review and verify batch production records and associated documentation for accuracy and completeness before product release.
- Document all quality checks and deviations in accordance with GMP documentation practices.
- Assist in the investigation of non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of samples, raw materials, and finished products.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections (FDA, ISO, etc.) by preparing documentation and answering inquiries.
- Assist in the training of manufacturing staff on quality procedures and GMP best practices.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection and testing equipment.
