We're hiring for a growing production facility who is seeking a direct hire/permanent warehouse lead to join their team!   bilingual (English/Spanish) required to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team members. Candidate will be hired on directly with our client and eligible for full benefits and PTO package. 

salary: $43,680 - $45,760 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Help to supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
  
  
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
  
  
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet deadlines and operational goals
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
  
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory processes
  
  
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, and documentation
  
  
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and ensure proper equipment maintenance
  
  
• Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency, layout, and processes
  
  
• Enforce quality control standards to minimize errors and damages
  
  
• Assist with onboarding and performance evaluations of warehouse staff
