Responsibilities
- Manual Soldering: Perform high-quality hand soldering of Through-Hole (TH) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components onto Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
- Rework & Desoldering: Skillfully remove and replace defective components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits) without damaging the board or surrounding pads.
- Wire Harnessing: Solder wires, connectors, and terminals according to wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Fine-Pitch Work: Use microscopes or magnifying lenses to solder extremely small components (0201 or 0402 packages) with precision.
