- Hands-on equipment training
- Occasional second-shift support

Responsibilities
- Deliver structured technical training on electro-mechanical systems, tools, and processes.
- Instruct employees on system assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Train new hires and existing staff on Applied Materials platforms, equipment, and specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and job aids.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions, demonstrations, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Support NPI launches, system installations, and process changes through targeted training.
- Interpret and teach from schematics, diagrams, layouts, and engineering documentation.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and documentation.
- Promote and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to align training with operational needs.
- Assist with rework, corrective actions, and skill gap remediation.
- Stay current on manufacturing and engineering process updates.
- Classroom and hands-on technical training delivery
