Responsibilities

• Electrical Proficiency: Mastery of electrical systems ranging from basic wiring to 480V 3-phase power, with the ability to troubleshoot control panels, sensors, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
  
  
• Automation & PLCs: Hands-on experience diagnosing and clearing faults on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens to minimize downtime on automated sorters.
  
  
• Mechanical Mastery: background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive systems, including gears, sprockets, and high-speed belt/roller conveyors.
  
  
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Demonstrated ability to repair and maintain an electric fleet, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and specialized battery-charging stations.
  
  
• Diagnostic Tools: Skilled in using multi-meters, thermal imagers, and CMMS software (like UpKeep or Maintenance Connection) to track work orders and predictive maintenance data.
  
  
• Physical & Safety Standards: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights (scissor lifts/ladders), and strictly follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and OSHA safety protocols.
