Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between international vendors and local distribution. Your daily impact will include:

• International Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors across borders, utilizing your English and Spanish fluency to ensure seamless communication and order accuracy.
  
  
• Data Mastery: Manage high-volume data entry into the company’s CRM system, ensuring every shipment is tracked and accounted for with military precision.
  
  
• Reporting & Analysis: Use Microsoft Excel to generate critical sales and inventory reports that drive business decisions.
  
  
• Operational Support: Handle essential office and administrative tasks to keep the logistics department running at peak efficiency.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in reconciling inventory to prevent shortages of high-demand products.
