Role Overview

This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring our waste management trucks are where they need to be while providing top-tier service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the friendly voice of the company, handling inbound calls with professionalism and a helpful spirit.
- Route Dispatching: Coordinate the daily schedules for our waste truck fleet, ensuring timely service and efficient routing.
- Data Integrity: Accurately enter work orders, customer updates, and service logs into our internal systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with drivers and office staff in a high-energy, supportive environment to solve daily logistics puzzles.
- Service-Oriented: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can maintain a "smile through the phone."
- Teachable Mindset: You are a quick learner who is open to feedback and eager to master new processes.
- Reliability: You are looking for a consistent 8–5, M–F schedule and are excited about the prospect of a long-term "Contract-to-Hire" career path.
- Tech Savvy: You have solid basic computer skills.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with industry software like Tower, Navusoft, or Trux is a plus, but not required.
