We are looking for a skilled Deburring Technician to join our manufacturing team in Clearwater. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a background in high-precision finishing, we want to talk to you. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
What You’ll Do:
- Finish precision metal parts by removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections.
- Use various hand tools and power equipment to grind and polish components.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure every part meets exact specifications.
- Maintain high quality-control standards to minimize waste.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional deburring experience.
- Industry: Experience in the Aerospace industry is a massive plus.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift.
- Reliability: A solid work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Shift: 1st Shift hours.
- Hiring Process: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to start.

Responsibilities
- Perform deburring, grinding, and polishing operations on various metal components using hand tools and power equipment.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency; maintain high standards to minimize scrap.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all PPE and safety protocols.
