Position is located in Duluth, GA. The logistics and production manager has a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and integrating the planning, production and distribution of our goods. The idea candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep expertise in SAP ERP systems to streamline operations, reduce costs and enhance overall productivity. Serve as the primary go to user and subject matter expert for SAP modules related to stock management, stock movements, production planning, sales distribution and warehouse management Generate critical SAP reports monitoring stock levels and customer custom production equipment Ensure data integrity within SAP, lead yearly cycle counts within the warehouse and production area. Develop and execute production plans and schedules to meet sales forecasts, internal production and customer demands. Oversee all daily operations within production and shipping to ensure efficiency, quality and safety standard are met Manage production budgets, control costs and identify areas for improvement Lead, mentor and development production and shipping team members Implement quality control standards as instructed by corporate to ensure all production processes are applied correctly with minimum to zero compliance issues

Responsibilities

Supply chain and logistics management
Manage and fulfill monthly requestions, inventory control, warehousing and transportation, improve
delivery times and enhance customer satisfaction
Oversea warehouse operations, storage strategies, warehouse layout and inventory cycle counts
ensuring stock accuracies
Work with supplier and carriers
SAP system management and optimization
