Shorts can be with no holes, rips, or tears. Must not be over 2 inches above the knee. Shirts cannot contain vulgar or profane graphics. Shoes must be fully enclosed with no open toe, heel or holes. Additional PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves or any other necessary PPE will be provided to the employee
