Dress Code: We encourage you to dress comfortably and practically for your work on the production floor. This includes: Wearing clean and presentable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Avoiding loose clothing or accessories that could get caught in machinery. Wearing closed-toe, sturdy footwear that provides good support and protection. Safety and Conduct on the Production Floor: Your safety and the safety of your colleagues are our top priority. To maintain a secure and focused work environment, the following rules apply: Proper PPE is mandatory: You must wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times on the production floor. Your supervisor will provide guidance on the required PPE for your specific role and tasks. No cell phones: To minimize distractions and ensure your full attention is on your work and surroundings, cell phones are not permitted on the production floor. No Bluetooth headphones: For your safety and the ability to hear important anno
