Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Baker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with a proven aptitude for problem-solving and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our daily baking operations, from ingredient inspection to final product quality control. Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to all safety rules, SOPs, and GMP guidelines by both yourself and all team members. Conduct pre-operational inspections of all production areas before beginning work. Review recipes and procedures, and organize production lines to optimize efficiency and meet production schedules. Inspect all supplied ingredients to ensure they correspond with the recipe and meet quality standards. Lead and delegate tasks to the production team for processing and baking all scheduled products. Coordinate with the Packing Supervisor to ensure a seamless daily production flow. Execute recipes precisely, following all instructions for scaling, mixing, and baking. Perform comprehensive quality control inspections with the production team, evaluating products based on taste, smell, color, texture, and weight. Maintain accurate and organized daily production records. Oversee the hiring, training, and performance of all production team members. Proactively notify management of any equipment malfunctions or when ingredients and supplies are running low. Assign tasks to helpers for gathering ingredients and coordinating with maintenance for equipment setup for the next day's production.
