Job Description:We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Operator III to join our dynamic manufacturing team! You'll be responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple machines, ensuring optimal efficiency and top-notch quality, and playing a key role in training and mentoring other operators. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up multiple machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify and report machine malfunctions and the need for minor repairs. Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet specifications. Support the training and mentoring of other machine operators. Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment operating complex machinery. Strong knowledge of machine operations and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proven ability to train and mentor others. Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively. Some Saturday's are required. Resume required
