Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role requires a commitment to safety standards and production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate Machinery: Run and monitor machine in the designated department in a safe and efficient manner. Quality Control: Perform periodic checks on machines and products to ensure all quality standards and specifications are met. Report any faults promptly. Safety & Environment: Adhere to all safety and environmental procedures, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Documentation: Complete all required production documentation and logs accurately. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but on-the-job training may be provided for entry-level candidates. Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform manual labor, including standing for extended periods (e.g., 8-10 hours a day), lifting, and handling materials. Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to quality and safety. Work Ethic: Reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Benefits
