Job Description:The Coach serves as a front-line leader dedicated to maintaining operational discipline and supporting staff development. This role focuses on two primary pillars: Operational Oversight: Managing daily logistics, including attendance tracking and serving as the primary point of contact for associate inquiries or workplace issues. Performance Management: Driving accountability through active talent management, which includes delivering constructive feedback and conducting formal coaching conversations to improve individual and team performance.

This layering approach allows you to adjust to the temperature while staying safe and comfortable throughout your shift"
