Job Title: Customer Success Manager: Global Logistics Tech - Smyrna, TN
Target Role: Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Join a Global Solutions Provider that is leveraging technology and innovation to revolutionize how major brands manage their e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, and aftermarket services. We are looking for an ambitious CSM to join our Smyrna, TN team and prospect business-to-business services.
Compensation Structure:
- $60,000 Base Salary
- $15,000 in additional OTE
- Rapid progression into Account Executive (AE) roles within 12-18 months.
The Role & Environment:
- Become a subject matter expert in global commerce, working with clients across technology, consumer goods, and more.
- You will master prospecting tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to generate high-quality opportunities.
- 100% Onsite: This role is fully onsite in Smyrna, TN. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration for entry-level training and development.
- Crucial Requirement: Due to our location, you must have a reliable car for your daily commute.
Ideal Candidate:
- Motivated and technically curious—you enjoy learning about B2B technology and complex operations.
- A recent graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) or someone making a career transition into professional sales.
