Job Title: Sales Development Representative- fully onsite!
Location: Richardson, TX Salary: $50,000 Base, $70,000 OTE

Candidate Profile: We are looking for self-starters who are naturally curious and able to absorb technical product knowledge. This role requires discipline, logic, and the ability to influence others over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the pipeline for Account Executives through 80-100 calls per day.
- Research and target booming sectors like critical infrastructure and law enforcement.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified meeting bookings.
Career Path: You will be mentored by a supportive leadership team. Success in this role leads directly to Outside Sales roles within 12-15 months.
