Randstad Healthcare is hiring Remote Healthcare Reps for a reputable facility.

This will be contract to start!

remote call center role working with patients to enroll in their healthcare program and be the link between the patient and their physician (program is covered by the patient's insurance)

Fielding inbound and outbound calls with patients to educate them on their program, must have excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills

Must have 2-3 years experience in healthcare, MAs preferred for these roles with their clinical background!

$19.50 hour pay rate

Maintaining proficiency with current/emerging applications, devices, and platforms

Confirming provider referral for patient telehealth services i.e., RPM, CCM, RTM

Assisting provider with obtaining informed patient consent for RPM, CCM, RTM

Importing patient records from provider's EMR to RPM/CCM/RTM Care Platform

Managing RPM device orders, logistics, patient orientation, and troubleshooting

Monitoring incoming remote physiological data and escalating per provider protocols

Monitoring incoming remote non-physiological data and escalating per provider protocols

Communicating with patients/family/providers to monitor, plan, and manage care

Participating in monthly care plan review with clinical leadership and provider staff

Meeting productivity metrics required to acquire data and implement care objectives

Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff

Maintaining requisite professional licensure and continuing education credits

Submitting accurate and timely clinical, claims, and administrative reports

Preparing weekly workplan to ensure efficient time and task management

Documenting and reporting incidents and complaints according to company policy.

Current, valid credential in good standing as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Certified

Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)

2 years of combined clinical care and customer service experience

HIPAA-compliant area to work remotely, free of distractions during the workday

Reliable internet with 100mbps download minimum and 10mbps upload minimum.
