Compliance & Reporting: Monitor grant calendars to ensure all narrative and financial reports are submitted on time. Donor Stewardship: Maintain relationships with grantors and provide updates on the impact of their contributions. Grant Accounting: Work closely with our part-time Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) to ensure grant funds are allocated to the correct programs and classes. Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee the processing of invoices, expense tracking, and reimbursement requests related to specific grant projects. Budgeting: Assist in creating organizational and program-specific budgets; perform regular "budget vs. actual" analysis. Audit Readiness: Ensure all financial records and grant files are organized and ready for annual audits or funder monitoring visits. Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in the donor database and financial systems. Process Improvement: Streamline internal workflows for better financial transparency and reporting efficiency.
