A growing firm within the wealth and investment management industry is seeking a Data Operations & Reporting Associate to support data integrity, reporting processes, and operational workflows across the organization. This role will work closely with portfolio management, trading, and client service teams to ensure data accuracy, improve reporting capabilities, and streamline operational processes. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, experience working with financial data systems, and a passion for improving operational efficiency through automation and data governance best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of professional experience in financial services or a related field. Experience working in a reporting, data operations, or investment operations capacity within the financial services industry. Experience working with investment reporting platforms such as Addepar, Orion Advisor Tech, Black Diamond, or similar systems is strongly preferred. Understanding of data governance, SOX compliance, and information security protocols. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. salary: $30 - $35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Support the implementation and development of the firm’s data operations and reporting function to improve data integrity and reporting across portfolio management, trading, and client reporting teams. Identify opportunities to automate manual data manipulation tasks by monitoring incoming data and improving operational processes. Service and resolve transaction breaks across general custodial accounts and alternative investments to ensure timely reconciliation and data accuracy. Assist with setting up new client accounts, configuring data feeds, and troubleshooting reporting issues to maintain seamless operational workflows. Support the development of a centralized reporting and servicing platform to improve reporting capabilities and operational scalability. Collaborate with internal teams on product enhancements, new technology evaluation, and process improvement initiatives. Monitor escalation items for clients and advisors, conducting research and responding to issues as needed. Assist with the preparation of client reporting materials, presentations, and proposals using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
