Order Processing: Accurately process new orders, modifications, and cancellations in the company's system, ensuring all details (product specifications, quantities, customization requests) are correct. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Southwest Glassware's product catalog, including various glass types, customization options (etching, printing), and current inventory levels. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling complementary products and work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Production, Shipping, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
