Co-ordinates these inputs and a variety of resources (e.g., materials, personnel, equipment, etc.) to achieve on-time production of quality products within budget guidelines. Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in the production process. Owns manufacturing area assigned, coordinates cross functionally to support customer needs, communicates in a proactive manner to all key stakeholders. Directly supervisors a team of at least 10 or more employees. Manages employee performance, attendance, and other issues that may arise. Management of controllable operating expenditure e.g. scrap, consumables.Identifies limits to production and guides teams to continuously improve processes. Ensures all return to work interviews and first level disciplinary hearings are conducted in a timely, consistent and professional manner.
