Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled with accuracy and shipped on schedule. Learn and operate multiple shipping software platforms and the inventory management system. Manage and oversee cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory tracking. Supervise and support product receipt, including verification, storage, and system updates. Step in to perform associate tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflow during absences or peak periods. Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment when required. Make local deliveries as needed to support customer or company requirements. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs. regularly. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment, ensuring adherence to safety and code requirements. Act as facilities manager when needed, addressing maintenance, equipment, or building issues. Prepare and manage databases for large or multi-destination shipments. Evaluate existing procedures, recommend updates, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Work collaboratively with customers, Sales, and Customer Service Representatives to address requirements and resolve issues.
