This is a critical leadership role responsible for the "total health" of the branch, requiring a balance of operational mastery and business acumen. You will be responsible for the total oversight of the facility, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining elite standards of safety and communication. We are looking for an architect of efficiency who can manage a diverse crew, optimize the movement of goods, and serve as the bridge between corporate strategy and local execution. Core Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage facility maintenance, inventory integrity, and strict safety compliance across all departments. Personnel Management: Oversee hiring, training, and performance coaching to ensure team synergy and high productivity. Financial Responsibility: Take full ownership of P&L management, budgeting, and labor optimization to meet annual growth goals. Key Requirements: 2+ years of managerial experience in a distribution or warehouse environment. Proven expertise in P&L Management and analyzing operational KPIs. A "hands-on" leadership style with the ability to solve problems on the warehouse floor and in the front office. Ability to manage a demanding schedule in a high-growth market.
