The parts clerk must have the ability to navigate through the maintenance CMMS system for inventory, PM's and variety of equipment. 1. Receive, inspect and store incoming parts, tools and supplies. 2. Maintain accurate records of inventory using the maintenance CMMS 3. Issue parts and supplies to the maintenance technicians as needed. 4. Coordinate with the MRO BUYER for returns and reorders. 5 Assist with tracking and reporting maintenance related cost. 6. Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. 7. Put away any parts returned back to the parts room and update the quantities back into the system. 8.
